The single layer arrangement of packaged products that do not need to be packed in your production line is completed on the line. The basket is stacked on the pallet in the specified order thanks to the magnetic or vacuum attachment.
We can put a cardboard separator on the empty pallet, on the product intermediate floors and on the stack with an add-on or a different unit to the attachment upon request
Pick & Place Systems
It is placed in the parcel together with the automatic case preparation unit that we can give to the line by means of the gripper we designed in accordance with the primary packaging of the products in your production line.
Optionally, the automatic box closing unit integrated into the line output can be coupled to make it a fully automatic automation system.
